Plant in full to part sun, amended well drained soil, moderate water. Harvest when leafy tops fall over. Air dry bulbs and store in a cool place. ELEPHANT GARLIC has very large bulb and mild flavor. Use in tomato dishes, garlic bread, dips, marinades or with meats, fish or poultry.
